"Functional Integration"
Functional Integration lessons are one-to-one, hands-on private sessions which usually take place in my practice in Solln, though they can also be arranged elsewhere.
Whilst I expect each student to notice differences after each session - and indeed some chronic pain may be relieved after just one session - real change takes time as the students learn to free themselves from ingrained habits.
I therefore encourage new students to initially come for a minimum of 3 lessons to give these changes a chance to settle in.
In order to promote this initial commitment, I offer the following to new students: Sign up for 3 lessons, get a 4th one FREE.
(you can decide at the end of the first lesson if you would like to take up this offer).

I therefore encourage new students to come for a minimum of 4 lessons to give these changes a chance to settle in.
In order to promote this initial commitment, I offer the following to new students: Sign up for 3 lessons and get a 4th one FREE. (As I know that this work is often unfamiliar to my new students, I allow them to decide at the conclusion of the first lesson if they wish to take up this offer).
